The story of barrel-aged spirits begins with a tree—a white oak tree, to be exact. Taking 80 years to mature and yielding only a few barrels, white oak protection is more important than ever. That’s where #SaveTheStave comes in.

Founded by Midwest Barrel Co., #STS is dedicated to preserving white oak forests through a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation. We’ve planted over 40,000 trees, but together, we can do more.
